Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At DosariAxis, we are committed to providing digital products that meet the highest engineering and quality standards.
Since our items are non-tangible, digital goods, all purchases are considered final once the product files are delivered.
However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur, and we aim to ensure fairness and transparency in every transaction.


1️⃣ Digital Product Nature

All DosariAxis products — including software blueprints, digital kits, templates, dashboards, and infrastructure modules — are delivered electronically and are not eligible for physical return.
Once access to the digital files has been granted or the download has started, the sale is considered complete.


2️⃣ Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following verified circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical failure or download issue within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The file received is corrupted or incomplete, and support cannot provide a working version within 3 business days.
  • The product description on our site significantly misrepresents functionality or content.
  • Duplicate purchases made in error, verified by identical transaction details.

Non-eligible reasons include:

  • Change of mind after download or access.
  • Incompatibility with your software environment when system requirements were listed.
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product.
  • Failure to follow provided setup instructions.

3️⃣ Requesting a Refund

If you believe your case meets the eligibility criteria above, please contact our support team:

Your email should include:

  • Order number and purchase date.
  • Proof of payment or invoice.
  • A clear explanation of the issue (with screenshots or logs if applicable).
  • Confirmation that the file has not been modified or redistributed.

Our support specialists will review the case within 3–5 business days and respond with a resolution.


4️⃣ Technical Support

Before approving any refund, our team will attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue through:

  • File re-delivery or alternative link.
  • Version update or patch.
  • Step-by-step setup guidance.
  • Compatibility checks or configuration help.

In many cases, technical assistance resolves the issue without requiring a refund.


5️⃣ Refund Approval and Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary by bank or payment platform (typically 5–10 business days).
  • You will receive a written confirmation once the refund has been issued.

After a refund is processed, your license and access to the product will be revoked, and redistribution of any previously downloaded files will violate our terms of service.


6️⃣ Policy on Updates and Replacements

All products include free updates for 30 days after purchase.
Critical bug fixes or security patches beyond this period are provided at DosariAxis’s discretion.
Product replacements or extended updates are not treated as refunds.
